Veterinary Surgeon

Our team is growing and we're hiring a new Veterinary Surgeon.

We’re a proudly independent, small animal practice based in Leamington Spa.

We opened in March 2025 and are continuing to grow. We have built a strong reputation within the local community and are looking for someone to help us continue on that path.

The Role

• Full time is 38 hours per week, 4 days a week, Monday to Friday + a share of Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm), Part-time applicants welcome.

• Our days are 8.30am to 6.30pm, with the last consult scheduled to finish by 6pm to give us time to catch up and get out on time.

• We have 15 minute consults with dedicated diary time for admin and phone calls.

• There would be a mix of operating and consulting.

• You’ll be working alongside our lovely team of 3 experienced vets, 4 dedicated RVNs, 1 SVN and 3 wonderful Receptionists to help us deliver outstanding care to our patients and their people.

• Salary up to £60,000 FTE depending on experience

• 6.6 weeks holiday a year (including bank holidays)

• RCVS and VDS paid

• Keen to support all areas of the practice, including EMS and work experience students
