Life's hard enough without unexpected bills. That's why we're committed to offering fair, transparent pricing, with fixed-price packages wherever possible. It’s also why we’ll only ever recommend what your pet needs, when they need it.
From making first vaccines a positive experience to keeping senior tails wagging, we're all about care that's personalised for your pet, at every stage of their life.
At Pear Tree Vets, we're doing more than paying lip service to sustainability; looking after the natural world is one of our core values.
During opening hours, just give our friendly reception team a call or send us a WhatsApp for advice if you have any concerns about your pet – we will be here to help.
What about weekends and evenings?
Our registered clients have access to free vet advice from Vidivet whenever we’re closed.
So whether you’re worried about an upset tummy on a Sunday, or need a quick answer about whether to book in on a Monday, peace of mind is only ever a message away.

We’ve got plenty of parking right outside the door, helping to keep your visit hassle-free.
If your dog gets stressed in the waiting room, you’re welcome to wait outside – simply check in with reception using the link in your email. Not keen on tech? Give us a quick call or pop in to reception to let us know!
We have a dedicated consultation room which opens onto the parking area, helping to keep your dog’s experience as stress-free as possible.
We’re committed to going the extra mile for our feline – and small pet – patients. That’s why we have a dedicated dog-free upstairs waiting area and separate cat-friendly consultation room.*
We’ve also invested in the latest gold standard kennels for our separate cat ward, to help keep them calm and comfortable during longer visits.
*If stairs are an accessibility issue, please let us know – we’ll work with you to keep your feline companion calm by showing you directly into a downstairs consult room, away from our canine patients. You can also check in online when you arrive and we'll come out to meet you – just use the link in your email (or give us a call!)
You want to keep your pet safe – and at Pear Tree Vets, we want to make that simple.
Our easy pet health plans can help you spread the cost of preventative care, including vaccines, regular health checks and flea and worm treatment.
However, we know one size doesn’t fit all – which is why our preventative care is tailored to your pet, including separate indoor and outdoor plans for cats, and a holistic plan that includes vaccination titre testing and faecal testing.

Pear Tree Vets was founded by experienced vets and local mums, Aisling McGrath and Katie Wain. They wanted to offer something different to the communities of Lillington and Cubbington: an independent practice that chooses to put pets – and the people who love them – front and centre.
That’s why our team of experienced vets, nurses and support staff are dedicated to treating your pets as if they were our own.
We know how important it is that you and your vet are on the same page about what care is best for your pet. That’s why wherever possible, you’ll see the same vet.
But great care isn’t just in the consult room. From our welcoming reception area to our modern, well-equipped theatre, we’re proud to offer great value, high quality care – and we hope that’s something our community can be proud of too.
